Using our Services
Using these Services does not give you ownership of any intellectual property rights or the content you create. You may not use content from our Services unless you obtain permission from its owner or are otherwise permitted by law.
Basic Terms
You are responsible for your use of the Services, and for any Content you post to the Services. The Content you create, post, or display will be able to be viewed by other users of the Services. You are advised to only provide Content that you are comfortable sharing with others under these Terms.
The Services provided are always improving and evolving to meet your needs and the form and nature of the Services may change from time to time without prior notice to you. Additionally, Molten Interactive LLC reserves the right to stop provided all or part of the Services to users with or without prior notice. We also retain the right to create limits on use and storage at our sole discretion with little or no notice to users.

The types and extent of advertising on the Services are subject to change. All guidelines regarding your privacy is subject to our

Privacy Policy governs the collection and use of your information. As part of providing the Services, you may need to be provided with certain communications from us, such as service announcements and various administrative messages. You cannot opt out of these communications as they're considered part of the Services.
Passwords
We require your passwords adhere to industry standard complexity requirements. It is your responsibility for safeguarding your password that you use to access the Services. Molten Interactive LLC will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your password.
Content
Any and all Content created with the Services is the responsibility of the original creator of the Content. We will not monitor or control the Content posted via the Services and will not take any responsibility for such Content. Any use or reliance on any Content or materials posted via the Services or obtained by you through the Services is at your own risk.
Unless created by an official PokerPoise account that's owned and operated by Molten Interactive LLC, we do not endorse, support, represent, or guarantee the truthfulness, accuracy, or reliability of any Content created and posted via the Services. You understand that by using the Services, you may be exposed to Content that might be offensive, harmful, inaccurate or otherwise inappropriate, or in some cases, postings that have been mislabeled or are otherwise deceptive. Under no circumstances will Molten Interactive LLC be liable in any way for any Content, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any Content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any Content posted, emailed, transmitted or otherwise made available via the Services or broadcast elsewhere.
It is the up to the User to use discretion in any Content used, applied, or practiced from the Services.
Your Rights
For any Content you post through the Services, you retain rights as the voice and owner of that Content. By posting Content on or through the Services, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license (with the right to sublicense) to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display and distribute such Content in any and all media or distribution methods (now known or later developed).
We may modify or adapt your Content in order to transmit, display or distribute it over computer networks and in various media and/or make changes to your Content as are necessary to conform and adapt that Content to any requirements or limitations of any networks, devices, services or media.
Intellectual Property
Services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Nothing in the Terms gives you a right to use the PokerPoise or Molten Interactive LLC name or any of the associated trademarks, logos, domain names, and other distinctive brand features.
Copyright
We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect users of the Services to do the same. We will respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with applicable law and are properly provided to us. If you believe that your Content has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide a detailed description of the alleged infringement to:

We reserve the right to remove Content alleged to be infringing without prior notice, and/or terminate a user's account if it is determined to be a repeat infringer.
User Restrictions
We reserve the right at all times to remove any Content on the Services and to suspend or terminate users. We also reserve the right to access, read, preserve, and disclose any information as we reasonably believe is necessary to (i) satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, (ii) enforce the Terms, including investigation of potential violations hereof, (iii) detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues, (iv) respond to user support requests, or (v) protect the rights, property or safety of the Services to its users and the public.
Scraping the Services without prior consent of Molten Interactive LLC is prohibited. Crawling the Services is permissible if done in accordance with the provisions of the robots.txt file.
Controlling Law
The laws of Maryland, U.S.A., will apply to any disputes arising out of or relating to the Terms or the Services. All claims arising out of or relating to these terms or the Services will be litigated exclusively in the federal or state courts of Anne Arundel County, Maryland, USA.
Warranties and Disclaimers
The Services are provided "As Is". Molten Interactive LLC does not provide any specific promises about the services, such as reliability, availability, or ability to meet your needs.
Some jurisdictions provide for certain warranties, like the implied warrant of merchantability, for a particular purpose and non-infringement. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties.
Liability for Services
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Molten Interactive LLC, or any of its subsidiaries, be responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from 1) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services; 2) any content obtained from the Services; or 3) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmission or Content.
Severability
All Terms are severable. In the event that any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, then that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
